Boonfull Summons

From Open Legend Wiki

Caution.jpg Caution: This is Homebrew Territory Caution.jpg

Within this article you will find content that has not been officially published, and in many cases, still being "playtested" or experimented with. It is highly advised you take this into consideration before you attempt to start using it on your own. It would be good to see comments from other users, and to even view the discussion page on this particular article to see how people are using it.

Often times with Open Legend, people have attempted to homebrew something only to later realize you can already achieve this via the already existing core rules. Using homebrew content can easily break games, but that's the purpose of this wiki, to provide a single source for people to post ideas and playtest them to see if they work in practice and then fine tune them via editing of the wiki.

Feat Information

Your summons have a particular telling characteristic. Whether it's a vampire bat that sucks the life out of its enemies, a robot with an energy shield or a being from the shadow realm that oozes darkness, the summons are particularly adept with this ability, and are prepared to use it as soon as possible.

  • Tier 1 -

On the same turn your summons come into play, they can immediately attempt to invoke a boon they have access to. A summoned creature can only invoke this on itself.

  • Tier 2 -

The summon succeeds automatically and does not need to make an action roll. It can invoke the boon at any of the power levels it could access via other means.
