Instincts

Scouts will stay mobile where possible, preferring to engage from range. They will always attempt to move into flanking positions.

Motivations

Service to the empire, maintenance of the status quo, professional pride, quashing of rebellions.

Compatibility

Compatible with any setting involving a major military power. Used in Project Sunbird.
