Favored Attacks
Melee (inflict damage): Might vs Guard
Basic combat is drilled into these soldiers for months before they are allowed into the field. Their attacks are competent but predictable.
Ranged (inflict damage): Agility vs Guard
The soldier focuses fire on the priority target.
Crowd Control (inflict Forced Move): Might vs Guard
Empire soldiers do more police work than war, so they are used to corralling troublemakers.
