Introduction

Whether raised by a sinister necromancer to patrol the halls of their base of operations or the haunted remains of the fallen the skeleton is a standard simple creature for any campaign that challenges the undead.

Alternate Options

the skeletons are basic foot soldiers for a low level necromancer they can however be specialized. Feel free to swap the scores for might and agility.

Settings

  • Fantasy
  • Occult Mystery

Basic Information

This is a simple quick build for a skeleton minion. They are particularly susceptible to attacks against resolve which may disrupt the magic that binds them.

Visual Description

The skeletons may have some of the remaining garments and equipment from their life still hanging on the animated corpse

Species

Undead

Size

Medium Undead Creatuer, 5ft base.

Movement

skeletons are essentially humanoid and would have only an average ground speed and perhaps a climbing speed.

Instincts

Skeletons will act primarily on the commands of those who raise them and Will pursue any unfamiliar beings.

They are not particularly friendly or protective with other skeletons and will not typically make protection actions.

Attributes

Skeletons may have a low end Entropy score that would allow them to invoke a few low level banes on others.

Defenses

It makes use of high low level defenses with low hit points. skeletons mostly missing their flesh would not be able to take much damage due to the lack of protections but it would take more effort for any physical damage to show.

attacks against the magic that binds the skeleton however may be more effective hence the lower resolve score
